Santore Partners launched operations in 1980, as Compro Search and with a single search engagement to find a Data Processing Manager for a manufacturer of pectins and soft drink flavors in southern California. By 1984, Santore Partners was chosen as the Technology Search Firm for the US Olympic Organizing Committee and the 1984 Olympics in Westwood, California. In between came successful search engagements for Principals at Price Waterhouse, Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing for several software vendors in the US and a variety of Chief Information Officer search engagements for clients including Sony, Westech Security, and others.
Since then, Santore Partners has been offered and has successfully completed 100’s of client search engagements for virtually every C-level, Director level and Manager level position possible and for clients all over the United States of America.
