A Retained Search is the usual service selected for Executives, Directors, Managers and Key Staff. This process requires most thorough and comprehensive research, highly effective sourcing, deeply probing and effective assessment and then final selection and referral of candidates for client interviews.

Client Directed Search
A client directed search is a modified version of the Retained Search with a different fee structure to accommodate clients requiring the same level of service as a Retained Search but with more flexible payment schedules for search services.

Contract Staffing
This is a search requiring single or multiple, hourly professionals who are not employed by the client. This type of search includes temp-to-hire professionals.

On-Site Recruiting
In cases of large volume recruitment, Santore Partners will place and manage a single Recruiter or multiple Recruiters on-site at a client location, or locations, to satisfy client needs.
