Our Search Process very clearly assures that every Search Engagement will be completed successfully and in a timely manner.
Phase I, The Performance Profile
The most important part of the search process is the clear and concise definition of a client need. Most clients offer a job description with a list of experience requirements they seek to find in a candidate. This document rarely details the top performance demanded by the client.
Santore Partners spends the time necessary to convert a normal job description into a Performance Profile, which accurately sets the target for candidates capable of doing the job with Superior Performance and with a clear history of career experience demonstrating that Performance.
In short, if you want a Top Performer, at any level, then you must define Superior Performance in a document, which will serve as the basis of the first phase of the search. Some of our clients have adopted our finished Performance Profile as their formal job description after the candidate is hired.
Phase II, Research
When research is carefully planned and targeted, a search will produce desirable candidates. Santore Partners directs this phase of the Search employing the highest quality and combination of physical databases, professional researchers and a wide range of industry sourcing to discover and attract the best candidates for a position.
Phase III, Evaluation and Interviewing
Once candidates are identified, they must be intelligently and carefully interviewed to discover directly appropriate experience, strengths, weaknesses and range of ability. Most of our clients want a candidate who can both successfully perform the current job, and the next one after a promotion to a greater responsibility. Santore Partners prepares and develops a unique series of questions and interrogatories for each candidate interview to assure that the finalists who are ultimately presented to a client are truly qualified and desirable. This process is completed both by phone and in our offices, face to face.
Phase IV, Referral
A list of the top candidates is prepared, summaries are created for each and resume's are delivered to our client for consideration, selection and interview. Often, Santore Partners will passively attend the client interviews to mutually evaluate one or more of the finalist candidates with the client. This process serves to clarify objectives of the search and to validate the search process.
Phase V, The Offer
At the discretion of the client, Compro Search will help a client prepare an offer and will prepare a candidate to receive an offer. The actual delivery of the offer may come directly from the client or from us, again, at the discretion of the client. Preparing the candidate for the offer is of paramount importance and is the finishing touch to the search process.
