Santore Partners offers three types of search service: Retained Search, Client Directed Search and Contingency Search.

The actual fees are determined by the level of the candidate required, the scope of the search process and the number of positions in the Search Engagement.

A client requesting a Search Engagement to hire a Vice President of Sales and Marketing and then Sales and Sales Support Staff in 7 major cities in the USA, will have a fee different from a client requiring a single Executive, Director, Manager of Staff contributor.

Santore Partners also offers a long history of successful Contract Staffing success. The fee for this service is normally embedded into the hourly rate earned.

Finally, Santore Partners offers On-Site Recruiting for clients with a high volume recruiting assignment and without the ability or desire to hire full-time recruiters. We will place one or more, full-time recruiters at the client site and completely manage, direct and monitor the volume recruitment assignment. The fee for this service can be embedded into the hourly rate of the On-Site Recruiter. A flat or fixed fee for this type of asignment may also be negotiated.

Fees are negotiable and carry exceptionally long and unconditional replacement warranties.
