Fee Structures for Search Services

Santore Partners Executive Search offers two types of search service
    •    Retained Search
    •    Client Directed Search

The actual fees are determined by the level of the candidate required, the scope of the search process and the number of positions in the Search Engagement.

Fees are negotiable and carry exceptionally long replacement warranties.
